Service Description
The P3GP® certification provides the knowledge and understanding necessary to design, implement, and operate effective and efficient governance arrangements for a project or programme, or an organisation's entire change portfolio. It is based on the official reference text Project, Programme and Portfolio Governance (P3G) by Ross Garland and Adrian Morey (TSO, ISBN 9780117093768). The certification is methodology-agnostic and applicable to all sectors — hard infrastructure, ICT, and business change across both public and private domains — and to traditional, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches. The course mirrors the book in being practical, pragmatic, and adaptable to all P3 scenarios, with multiple governance case studies discussed throughout. INMAA Advisory delivers this course as a P3GQA Authorised Partner. "P3GP®" is a registered trademark of P3GQA®.
