Meet Our Founder
John Al Khateeb
PhD (In Progress), MAICD, MAPMP, MSc, B.Eng, P3GP®, PMI®(PMP, RMP, SP, ACP, PBA) | Complex Project Governance | Systems Thinking | International Keynote Speaker | University Lecturer
is the Founder and Managing Director of INMAA Advisory. With more than 20 years of experience across project delivery, program leadership, and management consulting, he has worked with clients across defence, engineering, manufacturing, education, and beyond — bringing both the rigour of active research and the grounded perspective of a practitioner who has led complex initiatives first-hand.
He combines practical expertise with deep professional capability, including his work as an Adelaide University lecturer and his current PhD research focused on governance in complex delivery environments.
John works at the intersection of governance, strategy and systems thinking. He helps clients plan and respond more effectively to uncertainty, interdependencies and emerging complexity, building ownership and capacity to lead under pressure. He is recognised within the industry for his expertise and regularly speaks at conferences in Australia and abroad.
John is an active member of multiple prestigious and professional organisations, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM), and others in the field of complex project governance, management, and systems thinking, and their application.
