Service Description
This program prepares participants for the CAPM® examination over five days — four days of instruction followed by a practice examination day. It equips participants with both the knowledge and the exam technique to sit the certification with confidence. Delivered by INMAA Advisory as a preparation course. "CAPM®" is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.; INMAA does not hold PMI accreditation or Authorized Training Partner (ATP) status. What you'll be able to do: - Explain core project management concepts, life cycles, and development approaches - Apply predictive, plan-based methodologies to project scenarios - Apply adaptive (agile) frameworks and methodologies to project scenarios - Apply business analysis frameworks within both predictive and adaptive environments - Interpret and respond to CAPM®-style examination questions across all four domains - Approach the CAPM®examination with a structured revision and exam-technique strategy Who it's for: Early-career project staff, graduates, career-changers, and project team members seeking to formalise their knowledge with a recognised credential. Eligibility (PMI requirements for the CAPM® exam): - A secondary degree (high school diploma, GED, or global equivalent) - 23 hours of project management education — this program satisfies that requirement Structure: - Day 1: Course Overview · Project Management Fundamentals · Development Approach and Life Cycle - Day 2: Starting a Project · Project Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership - Day 3: Predictive Methodologies · Adaptive Approaches - Day 4: Project Execution, Control and Closure - Day 5: Practice Final Examination DURATION: 5 days (30 hours total)
