This assessment gives you a structured, honest read on where you stand across the nine pillars of INMAA's Enterprise Transformation Framework.

It is designed for senior leaders, program directors, and enterprise architects who are responsible for — or closely involved in — a significant change initiative. You do not need to be at the start of your transformation to benefit. Many of the most useful assessments happen at the point where delivery has stalled and a reset is needed.

What you will receive

At the end of the assessment, INMAA will prepare a written maturity profile for your initiative. It shows where you are performing well, where the critical gaps sit, and where early action will have the most impact. A member of the INMAA team will be in touch within 5 business days to walk through the findings with you.
